Caffe Roma Pastry

Nice ambiance and vibe to the place, the decor seems pretty authentic. The people running the Caffe were extremely welcoming and friendly. We ordered a cannoli, which was good, and a chocolate mousse cheesecake, which was really excellent. The hot chocolate was also lovely. The downside was the price, which made it slightly less value for money, otherwise it would've been a 5 star experience.

Quiet cafe, young ladies who waited on us were very pleasant. Cash only. We ordered the Sicilian cannoli which was very good, my daughter really liked her espresso so we bought 2 bags of whole bean coffee to take with us. Never felt rushed, quite the opposite. My daughter said the cafe was just like the ones in Europe. Not expensive to us, normal NYC prices. Nice selection of pastries, cookies.

Great atmosphere, and a really beautiful building! The chocolate cannoli was ok, but the building and people watching made up for it!
