Onion rings and fries were nasty bad grease in fryers and lady was rude in drive thru...I work in fast food and wouldn't serve nasty food

Paid for my food today and then told to wait in the parking lot. Sat there for 20 min watching as other people got their food while I continued to wait. Finally called them up to see what was taking so long and was told they haven't even started.
