The Ice Cream Shop

Went to order a blizzard and the two front counter people were very rude. No hairnets found hair in my blizzard. The one girl was only wearing slides, let me say that’s not proper shoes in a work place. The workers here should show customers some respect. One of them was swearing constantly. They gave the customer in front of me very bad attitude because the vanilla wasn’t working and she gave him an attitude. The customer service here is just so terrible.

This is the fifth time I've came to this establishment at a different time and the doors are locked and all the lights are on. It's 4pm on a Friday. This has happened in the span of six months. I even called to ask each time if they were open. Do not come here if you're expecting to actually get served.

I took my daughter here for first time and we had a great experience. Great customer service and friendly employees. The store was clean with alot of parking spaces as other stores are also near by in same lot. There are no sitting area outside like the other dairy queens. There are alot of choices to choose from the menu.
