Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Came about 20 minutes before close. The three people that were in there made eye contact with me and my friends multiple times, but never came to the window. I’m assuming they had decided to close early, which is fine. Just wish someone had, had the decency to let us know. We waited outside for 10 minutes then finally caught on and decided to leave. Won’t be returning to this establishment. Sign in the window said they were hiring for new management. Seems like a good call.

The manager is great and has great customer service. She exceeds what is expected a manager.She is also very efficient and quick to fill orders.

When the weather is scorching hot or your just in the mood for “real” ice cream then it’s Bruster’s Real Ice Cream hands down! Great location with fast and courteous staff. Get some!
