IMHO, the best bakery in the North End. The baguette is priced right at $2 a loaf. The sunflower flaxseed bread sliced thinly with butter and sopressatta is excellent. The pancetta and parmigan bread, when fresh from the oven, begs to be consumed on the spot.

Delicious bread. $2 for a full baguette. Entrance is down the ally at the right hand side of the main restaurant and then down the stairs. Don't be seduced by the offerings at Boston Public Market; take the extra few steps across the road because it's really worth it.

spectacular craft bakery, the variety of fresh products, their taste and quality are worth visiting if they are on tourism, and if they live in Boston become usual buyers. right at the entrance of the local is a small Italian still life, SPECTACULAR.
