1. Parking is not a problem in this location.2. Not many tables and seats due to it is a small fast food restaurant. And they are all tight spaces.3. Price for the food can be a bit cheaper. They are reasonable.4. Staffs are now busy due to this restaurant is a hit. Lots of customers. 5. You might need to spend more time here waiting for your order. Dine in and take out6. Place is clean and food quality wise.....shown in the pictures.7. Staffs speak Mandarin, English. Food menu are in Simplified Chinese writings and English translation.

This place is my staple for lunch or brunch. Delicious Malaysian food with authentic roti and curry. Would highly recommend it, their service is quick and the portions are perfect. They have sandwiches, traditional western breakfast, rice curry dishes, soups served with noodles or rice. A good variety and not too salty yet very flavourful.

Nice HK style breakfast place with a unique list of sandwiches, noodles and other items. Food is good and affordable. Service was alright and staff was friendly even for busy morning.
