Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Mississauga

It was my first time here and also my first time trying hot pot. Besides learning that it's probably just not for me - I must comment on the service. We let the server know it was our first time trying it and to kindly explain or recommend the best options. We also asked the server to explain how each broth tasted to help us decide which one to choose - again no help!? Besides all of them tasted very spicey, the mild broth left a weird after taste I didn't quiet like. We had to ask for help few times, yet there was zero help! The server rarely visited our table to see how we were doing or enjoying it or to refill our drinks. We didn't feel welcomed at all. Therefore, customer service needs improvement. Cleanliness was okay. Probably not going to come back. Try it, may be its your thing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Food is very good - taste and quality. Portion sizes are good. Service is excellent, which is rare for this type of restaurant. I also know the food is good quality because I felt fine the next day which isn't always the case at some restaurants. This was my second time here and I think it is one of the best Chinese restaurants.
