We prepare our pizza dough daily, using only the best enriched wheat flour and specialty baker's yeast. Using the finest tomatoes from California our pizza sauce is spiced just right for a delicious flavor topped off with premium high grade mozzarella cheese. Sub rolls are made on premise daily using old world techniques. We use top quality meats and cheeses on all our products. When in season we purchase the freshest locally grown produce.

BANG! If you are looking for a TRUE NY pie, phone in your order and then come...and...get...it! I am only sharing this b/c of the dearth of true pizza talent in my home town. Having traveled the world for the last 27 years, I'm absolutely endorsing this shop for your hunger.
