Domino's Pizza

The lady angela is the GM well let me say she is by far the worst GM I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO.SHE CALLED ME A LIAR.SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD CARE LESS BOUT THE MONEY I SPEND AT DOMINOS AND THAT SHE IS NOT SENDING ME ANOTHER ORDER AFTER THE DRIVER BRANG MY FOOD 1HR AND 13 MINUTES LATER SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK TO ORDER WITHOUT THE CREDIT I WAS GOING TO PAY CASH SHE HUNG UP ON ME 7 MORE TIMES SO NOW IM WRITTING THIS REVIEW.ANGELA AT THE EISENHOWER BLVD LOCATION IN HARRISBURG IS A HORRIBLE PERSON..

Very considerate owner! I'm having a night at home with my 2 year old daughter and we get a knock on the door from a delivery guy. My toddler was right at my heels when I answer the door and she was disappointed that it was the wrong address (the apartment he needed was across the hall). The driver heard my daughters disappointment that it wasn't for us, and he came back 30 minutes later with a free small pizza for us as a surprise for her. Turns out he's the owner, and I know where we'll be ordering our next pizza from. :)

Horrible service. I ordered online and looked at their app. It was out of the oven at 9:31 and we didn't get it delivered until 10:15. The store is about 1.5 miles from where we live.The delivery driver called and said he was outside. He wasn't. NOBODY was outside. I called the store and was put on hold for 8 1/2 minutes. I've had great experiences with this store in the past, but this was unacceptable. When we finally got the pizza, it was luke warm. We are VERY disappointed.
