Very noisy. The waitress was friendly. A group of people were very loud and obnoxious. Using foul language. No disregard for anyone. I will never go to this place again.

Love the food at Boston Pizza and the service here is top notch. Special shout out to the Manager Tiffany who gave some extra attention and server Taylor who took care of me while my server was busy. Will definitely eat here again.

Just ordered take-out. Good food, friendly service. Even after the restaurant side was closing. ( bar was open until midnight)Highly recomend any time of day!One of the few places open after 9:00pm!

Overall, the dining experience here was satisfying! The staff was friendly, timely, and greatly efficient despite the waitress being responsible for serving the entire floor (kudos to Janette!). The Caesar salad was zesty and the spaghetti portions were larger than the U.S. national debt.Would recommend to anyone looking to give their taste buds & stomach a sweet ride.

Always a problem. We often use gift cards or promotions and it NEVER goes smoothly. Always have the servers bring a manager to our table. Who wants that all the time? We finally decided to call headquarters after another unnecessary problem with one of their promotions. Told 3 times now we'd get a call back but nothing. So annoying. For once we walked out. Enough.

Busy restaurant. Patio was closed in spite of the weather bring nice. Food is good although very typical of this food chain. Nice wine selection. Limited vegetarian options.
