Very noisy. The waitress was friendly. A group of people were very loud and obnoxious. Using foul language. No disregard for anyone. I will never go to this place again.

The service was good but the food was not. We usually enjoy BPs but not this one.

Seems odd. Ive always had really good service at this location, but I agree with the last reviewer that it may be worth going up the ladder. There is another manager there named Mike that has been really helpful in the past with any concerns I've had that might be able to help you out.
