Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

My husband and I tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It’s pretty good! So much better than KFC! We came pretty late, so we had low expectations and weren’t expecting fresh chicken, but we were wrong! Their chicken is fresh and crispy and their biscuits are SO good! Their gravy is good, but pretty standard. Their sweet tea... well, nothing compares to Publix Sweet tea, so I’m not sure I can comment on that without bias lol.

Cajun biscuit with BoRounds and a Sierra Mist is always good. Usually the same crew working, older and polite, inside and at drive thru. Prices are also affordable for decent size portions. Definitely recommend.

Wish I could give less than 1 star.Employees making breakfast sandwiches without gloves.Also using their shirts for paper towels.Not sure if they need a sanitation inspection, or just management needs to complete a surprise walk thru.

Hmm i love the chicken and fries...but sometimes they taste not rich, sometimes rich. I grew up in the country where flavor is everything because we use lots spices and we have lots varieties of fried chicken (ayam goreng kremes, ayam goreng geprek, ayam goreng kuning, ayam goreng kalasan, ayam goreng lengkuas, ayam goreng serundeng etc) so i hope Bojangles will have same flavor which is rich flavor. Last time i bought, the chicken and biscuit taste plain....the other day was so good tho...

Too salty and hard , they should listen too your order better too get it right.

I had grits, eggs (the eggs are "real eggs! Thank you JESUS") a big buttery biscuit and and fried chicken! I was in southern comfort food heaven.

This place is excellent!! The manager was really nice and provided great service. I came in with my boyfriend the other day or so, spent $16.00 for what I thought was a 12 piece meal. I haven't been to Bojangles in a long time and was really wanting to try their chicken. Well unfortunately for me my allergies have been acting up so bad lately that my ears have been so clogged that I couldn't hear my bf make the order. I told the manager what pieces I liked and then my boyfriend told her to put all chicken tenders in and she did and I was so mad at him lol because I wanted regular chicken. So the manager had an employee put a 3 piece with 2 biscuits and a drink with no charge. Idk I just thought that was a really nice gesture. The staff was real nice about it and I felt like I was being heard and that they cared so I really appreciated it. On top of that their food was hot and fresh and the large fries was a excellent size so I will definitely be returning to this location. Thanks!

The location down Beach Blvd is awesome!! It was clean, the food was fresh and it wasn't crowded!!

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been at. This use to be the place to go when I was in college after studying hard for exams. Also that was about 20 years ago. The fries are always hard and the chicken seem to never be fresh. I’m highly disappointed and it makes Bojangles looks bad considering their good reputation.

The only rating of a 2 star is because the food was not Terrible. However if you have a coupon you need to let them know before ordering or they will tell every staff member how inconvenient it is that you have one. I sat threw someone having to re ring our food up because a 3$ coupon off a $30 family meal from mint magazine. He rolled his eyes and made me feel like the worst thing in his day and I ever said I'm sorry which makes me mad cause I shouldn't have been made to feel that way. Treat people right or they won't come back! So rude.

Just after 7 am, New Year's Day 2020...Best biscuits in the land! Soft and fluffy, delicious and fresh up! I was greeted with smiles, delicious sausage and gravy biscuits, and fast service!Side note: Had McDonald's sausage and gravy biscuit last week, no comparison! Hard old biscuit couldn't cut it with my spork! Threw it out and ate the gravy but it was missing that extra sausage Bojangles serves. NEVER AGAIN!!!Thanks y'all!

They are really good here. Every time I have been, I see the same staff and the are good, fast, and friendly. Awesome deals here with the chickens. My favorite deal here, 2 biscuits with egg and cheese. $2.39 are you outta your mind. With a side of bacon, you best the system.
