We live in Raleigh and we were just passing through...WOW! Justin, the unit director, made the experience awesome! What a top shelf guy. The store is immaculate from the bathrooms to the kitchen. It looks like the restaurant has been open maybe 6 months. The food was hot and fresh!! Maybe we'll make the 1.5 hour drive just for this ;)

Do yourself a huge favor if you are short on time and avoid this Bojangles. this is the closest one to work for me unfortunately, I frequently spend 20 plus minutes in the Drive-Thru just to grab lunch. I love Bojangles and would not give this rating if it was unnecessary. Every visit to this location takes forever and it seems that the workers could care less. Never once have I received an apology, let alone a please or thank you from anyone that works here.

Today was the first time my experience at this establishment was not an impressive one... I ordered a fish sandwich only cheese and a fry with no salt. After waiting about 15 minutes in the drive thru the picture below is what I received. The fries came back heavily seasoned... I turned around and got the fries first which is when I saw my sandwich... I went in and asked for the manager he apologized, then it took about 8 more minutes to finally get my food. Which looked way better! The customer service was about a 3, the taste was about a 5, but the negative impression left makes me reconsider dining at this establishment again.
