Delicious! The mini pancakes are amazing! The Gelato is delicious. The milkshakes were pretty good. It will melt quickly!

Been here quite a few times since we are locals and fish the waterfront park pier almost daily. My girlfriend loves the Gelato and I really like it as well. She had the Mint Straciatella and chocolate hazelnut gelato this time, it was great! Everytime we have bought beverages here though it has been a dissapointment and is not worth the money to us. We paid over $4.00 for a "sample" cup size Hot chocolate and it tasted like watered down milk, so did the hazelnut mocha coffee. I went back to ask if they could do something about the drinks and she added more of the syrup mix, which didnt help at all. I did not want to say anything again because she was the only person working and had almost a 10 person line the whole time. Thank you for being a hard worker and sticking it out! I dont know if that had something to do with the preparation of my drink but I will not be back and wont be recomending anyone.

I don't think there's such a thing as water-based gelato, but they do have a selection of sorbets, which have no dairy.

Explain as mine was great! Also, service can vary depending on 2 things. #1: Your attitude going in. #2: The day the employee has had as his/her outside life can unfortunately mix with their work life and most importantly, the fact they must deal with people all day long while trying to keep a smile on their face regardless of the customer's attitude. I suggest you not write them but take what I have said into consideration and give them another shot. This employee could have received an eviction notice on their door, had their heart broken, lost their pet or even worse, a significant other. Not to mention, sometimes people have bad days. I hope you dont automatically expect amazing service/attitudes from all human beings you come into contact with. You're no better than they are. Enjoy the rest of your evening.
