Ordered a chicken & avocado, and halfway through making it, the lady told me they’re out of avocado. She said it as a statement without offering an alternative or asking if I wanted anything else, basically waiting on me to say “it’s fine†and move on. Seeing a bag of arugula out, I asked if I could have it in place of the avocado, got the affirmative, then ended up with some mixed lettuce after opening up my sandwich - this sounds trivial and getting romaine over arugula ain’t life or death, but it’d be nice to come out with what I had ordered. Still charged full price for the sandwich. Service was at the swift speed of a turtle even though there were no other customers!
