Good quality pizza and sandwiches. Extremely busy so be prepared to wait about 45 minutes for your order. Worth making the trip down to grab lunch or dinner.

First time at this restaurant. Pizza gets rave reviews and had to try it. Got there 10 minutes after the doors opened and there were 20 people ahead of me. I ordered the pizza and was told 45 minutes. No phone to call ahead We got two pizza's. The round white was excellent: crispy and delicious. We also got the upside down " jawn " ( totally over used term). This pizza was terrible. The steam from the pizza made the box wet and the pizza mush. This happens, but a pizza shop selling all takeout at $25+ for each ($58 for two) should know to let the pizza breathe before closing the lid. My only real problem with this place is the no phone. It is very disrespectful to the customer base to be inconvenienced in this way. Clearly they are running a very successful business; but no phone is ridiculous.

Excellent South Philadelphia pizza! Not sure if its actually the best in the city, but great none the less! We got a plain pizza, no basil (not a fan of basil on pizza). I felt there was a bit too much cheese, as it seemed to mask the flavor of the sauce. The crust had a good wheat taste to it, and was very crisp. I did enjoy the pizza, and plan to go back to try others. One drawback is the wait. Be prepared to hangout at least 30 mins for your order, as the place seems to always be mobbed.

Fantastic pizza! I’ll definitely be back. The pizza was massive. It was busy when I arrived and placed my order but still received my pizza and sandwich in roughly 25 minutes (On a Friday evening). Well worth it! It is cash only, but there is an ATM inside worst case. Customer service was pleasant.

Was a customer of theirs in Haddonfield, but glad to see they're even doing even bigger and better things in South Philly! Pizza is still top notch (grandma's pie below) - the praise is well deserved! And their cheesesteak is easily one of the best in Philly, and I'd recommend it way over the more famous South Philly spots - gone one with Cooper sharp cheese.

They have solid chicken cutlet sandwiches, solid cheesesteaks, and delicious pizzas !!!

Excellent, excellent pizza. The bread is extremely fresh, I’ve been eating this pizza for 2 days and the bread is still nice and soft. I’m from jersey and when I moved here I couldn’t find any good pizza until I came across this place. I got a plain square pizza pie. 100% recommend this place, will be back very soon !

Pizza was good, not the best in the city tho. Chicken cutlet was pretty good too. The rolls they use are 5*. If i lived in the neighborhood id go there all the time. I probobly wont go out of my way to get it again, but if im in the area id stop in.

Got the Grandma’s Pie, a regular cheese pie and the cheesesteak. The sauce was incredible on the Grandma’s Pie, and the cheesesteak.. I think it’s truly the best I’ve ever had.

Other than my Italian friend’s mom this is by far the best chicken cutlet I’ve ever had. She actually might be in the kitchen and made it. The rolls are fresh, cheese is perfect and chicken is seasoned and cooked perfectly. My 10 out of 5 stars. Recommending this place to everyone and also can’t wait to try more. Can’t believe this is my first time here!

Truly GREAT pizza. Be willing to wait. It's totally worth it.

Probably in my top 10 pies I’ve ever had. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I had this after eating two cheesesteaks several hours before and I was definitely not hungry but had to try it! The only negative I could find was the sauce, which seemed a little watery/bland but still had decent flavor. I would recommend this to anyone visiting as the top pizza place to try.

Its Angelos and yes it was and is as good as the hypre. Was my first visit and I was lucky not to wait long at all. A good friend gave me the perfect window to miss the crowds.. this time sandwiches next time Pizza and Yes cash only.
