The basic type is a seafood-based shop here, but there is a ramen called Amejiro. The seafood-based Jiro has never seen or heard before.Sprouts in thick noodles. Noodles, oil and vegetables can be made individually, and garlic can also be called.I made it all with mashi + garlic, but I felt that garlic was a bit unsuitable for seafood soup, but otherwise it was quite delicious.I think that it is reasonable if the volume is good.

I ate Amujiro.Free sprouts, garlic oil, and other ingredients.The soup tasted just thick ...It's almost like normal tsukemen soup.Two stars because I should have used an ordinary one.
