ACME Rib Shack

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. I loved the brisket; it was the perfect level of smokey, juicy goodness without being too fatty. Honestly all the meats were phenomenal, but I was soooo impressed with the brisket. We loved all the sides we had. The baked beans were awesome and had a nice spice and sweetness to them. I loved the pork flavor on the collard greens and the Brunswick stew was flavorful and filling.I would happily drive the hour to get here again!

Ribs were great, sauces were great. Cute little place.

Great food and great conversation! Enjoyed some awesome chicken, mac and cheese and collard greens! Just sat outside chilling with Ernie for awhile enjoying a beautiful day.
