Today was my first visit to Allyson's bake shop and I grabbed six assorted cupcakes, couple of brownies, cookies as well as a coffee. The coffee was great .... atmosphere nice... Buuut although the cupcakes were absolutely stunning, the cake itself was very dry and fell apart before I could take the next bite. Most of the cake fell onto my napkin into tiny try pieces. The frosting was good, yet not enough to combat the dry cake. My family had the same complaint as well unfortunately. I didn't try the cookies or brownies... But I was told that the cookies were good and the brownies were also dry.
