Some of the staff was great others were not. Unfortunately the face of the restaurant aka the host was rude. We had a friend who worked there and asked if she was working and we’re addressed as if we were being difficult or inconvenient. Then our server told us we couldn’t order lunch but didn’t tell us what time lunch started. Lunch started in 3 minutes........ so we asked her to come back so we could order what we wanted. Again felt like we were inconveniencing them with our business. Food: wasn’t good or bad so if hungry it will do.Price: it’s the airport so it’s overpriceOysters: looked good compared to what I’ve had in the past but I didn’t eat them here.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. It looks like it would be a perfectly normal airport restaurant, it is not. The one one thing an oyster bar needs to do right is oysters. This place cannot do even an airport version of that. Rude slow staff, equally terrible manager ( "Bri"), ordered oysters on the half shell, and they weren't even separated from the shell, we were forced to try and use the little fork and shred them off ourselves. They told us after we ordered that they didn't even have the mignonette. The oysters were basically frozen. After the terrible experience I politely asked if the oysters could be taken off or at least discounted, and they discounted it 10%. 42nd Street oyster bar needs to close this place, it's hurting their brand big time.

In my own opinion, this is a good restaurant, the server was prompt and attended to me as when appropriate, the burger was really tasty and I like the rice too....

Most of the food service on the C side of the terminal is astonishingly awful, courtesy of HMS. This is one of the best examples. Don't sit down unless you have 2 hours to board. Don't expect utensils, refills, follow up, or any type of service. Do expect microwaved mediocre food.

Very nice people and quality food as well. My hostess was sweet and my server was beautiful. A perfect place for a Carolina breakfast.

The food here is a lot better than Whiskey River. The prices and service are marginally better. If you are stuck at RDU and need a beer and some food, TRUST ME, there are worse options in the terminal. It’s all about harm reduction, right?

WHO IS REVIEWING AIRPORT RESTAURANTS AND EXPECTING WORLD CLASS SERVICE AT ALL TIMES!?!?Fun airport eatery with some personality and cozy decor. If you’re in a rush, don’t eat here. There’s a half dozen counter tops to order from to make sure you get to your gate with more than enough time to complain you don’t have a window seat.Relax.

I tried this place for the first time today cause my friend worked there. The restaurant is nice looking and looks like you would get high quality food considering the prices. First off the staff is rude. I politely asked if my friend of mine was working today she stared at me silently i repeated myself and she still stared at me and i repeated the name and she goes..”SHE???” With an attitude. Then we got sat and we were ordering and the server said they were only serving breakfast. Their breakfast menu ended at 10:30 it was 10:26 -_-“ like you couldn’t just take our order and wait 4 mins before putting it in? So we flagged her down because she forgot to bring my friend a water she asked for. And It was 10:31 and I asked if we could order now since it was regular menu now. Then the food came out not what I expected, it looked like baby food. It was very bland also. Won’t be back to this location at least.

Worst experience a any restaurant in years. Got passed over for a table multiple times while people who arrived after me were being seated was a "great" start. My water had a fruit fly in it, requested a replacement that never came. My order was wrong in multiple ways, although they did include a thumbprint on the food free of charge. I will absolutely never eat here again and will never go to the actual location either.

I used to love this place. The food is just not good and the service is haphazard. I saw several people wait and then get up and leave after not being waited on. It’s too bad because it used to be really good

Decent food and tasty beer, quality doesn't live up to the appearance but still tasty and super friendly and quick service

Terrible service and overpriced food. How does a restaurant with oyster in its name run out of oysters? Sweet tea was even terrible how do you mess that up in the south? The crab sandwich was bland and soggy, for a $20 sandwich I've had better from the frozen food section. Wouldn't go back here if the food was free.
