Zudar's on Platt

It's been years since I have been been here. I had one of the best Ruben sandwiches ever. The waitress was awesome on the spot with service. I'm definitely going back.

Great food and service at a fair price! We love the laid back atmosphere, patio seating and location.

Been here several times, not because I like it, but because it's convenient. The place doesn't have a good exhaust system and you always leave stinking like grease. On top of that, the food is nothing better than what you can prepare at home. It is somewhat expensive for the quality and today this is what I get..... nasty lettuce and pink chicken. No more.

Zudar's is the best. Great lunch. There's even parking, which is rare in South Tampa.

201 burger was good but my fries were ice cold.

I ordered the Hungarian beef and cabbage soup,it would have been very good if it was less sweet and I tried the rueben ,it was nice and the fries nice and crispy.One thing I have to mention the coffee mug was disgusting,it was so stained ,it needs to be soaked on bleached.

The food was ok but the service was agonizingly slow. They were shorthanded which I could understand but when we were 25 min into being ignored at our table I was finally able to stop a waitress who had continually walked by us if she could help. She told us it was not her table.....yay team! We have way to many choices in Tampa.

I had the pulled pork and burnt ends with coleslaw and pit beans. The meat was super flavorful, and tasted great on its own. The sauce, however, took it to a whole new level! The slaw was perfect, and the beans were amazing as well. All in all I could not have asked for a better meal!

Zudars was a unexpected find. We were in downtown Tampa early and wanted breakfast. Not many choices with in walking distance. Found Zudars on Yelp and decided to try it. Great selection of breakfast items served on the weekend till 3. Friendly waitress who was happy to serve us and did so promptly. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted great. If you are in downtown Tampa near the Convention Center take a short walk across the Platt Street bridge just past Publix on the right and you won't regret it.

Luke warm cup of hot water with tea bag cost $2.25. Ordered another, same thing charged another $2.25? Food was good but not service.

Great food, great price, and super nice ppl.
