The only reason I gave Zoup 2 stars was because the staff were very nice and polite and the place was clean. The food received zero stars from me. I ordered a half Chicken Toscana with a side of Lobster Bisque soup after learning that was their most popular items. Either my taste buds are not any good or people don't know what good food tastes like. The sandwich contained pieces of so called chicken (boiled, rubber, canned almost) provolone cheese (unmelted), red peppers (2 strips that tasted like olives), marinated onions (the best thing on it), basil mayo (could have fooled me because I didn't see any nor taste) served toasted (not sure I would call it that) on stone-baked ciabatta (that didn't taste too bad actually) The soup seemed to be from a can (but didn't taste too bad). All of that for $11.88 ðŸ˜

Premium prices for something that tastes like it came from a can. Tasted good, but I can buy Campbell's for less than $3 at the store. $30+ for delivery of 32oz of soup and a tiny portion of mac and cheese. The pie crust topping for the soup was raw and the mac and "cheese" tasted like noodles with roux, no cheese. We were debating whether we wanted to try something new, even though it was more expensive than Panera. Looks like we should've stuck with the tried and true.

The only place left in America that encourages you to try each thing before you buy. In fact they push you to try to taste the soups. I am tired of staring at a menu board and imagining what it is supposed to taste like and then it doesn't match my imagination. I would recommend tasting at least three soups. Then you zone in on what you like and the soup is great.Dare to try something that sounds ehhh. I hate mushrooms and guess what the mushroom barley soup was fantastic. Lol
