Zoup!

This was my first time to this location, after going to other locations a few times. I arrived during the peak lunch time so it was a little busy, but had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. It was rather weird talking to someone about soup but not actually placing my order until the register. I could tell other customers were a little confused as well as they try to order through the person helping with the soup. The guy who took my order and cash seem to be a little overwhelmed. Q was great helping customers and maintained a positive attitude, I almost offered him a job. The lobster bisque was delicious, as I've had before, and I will have again. Their bread was fresh out of the oven and tasted amazing as well.Out of the few Zoups that I've been to, this experience has been the best so far.

My ALL time favor soup place. Has been since I discovered them in college. They have like 14 different soups daily and a couple are some of their everyday soups. My go to is always the lobster bisque. So good! A lil on the high end side but you definitely get what you pay for. Their staff could use some better customer service but that is anywhere you go. Still nice people.

When I want to warm up. I cozy up to a cup of this delicious soup.

Nice fast food. Wide variety of soups with salads and sandwiches.

I love this place. My supervisor introduce me to this place and i have been ordering there ever since. They have all different types of soup. The bread is giod with the soup as well as their salads. I would def recommend get your lunch here.

I love the soup but did not care for the service. Not just once but twice two workers one appeared to be manager sat in the booth next to the one I was at as they watched me go the restroom to get wet paper towels to wipe down the very dirty table. Not once did they even acknowledged me wiping down the table. I realize they likely had a very busy weekend but a simple acknowledgment would have went a long way with me.

First visit, kind of underwhelmed. The wedding soup was decent. The veggie wrap was pretty bland but still managed to ring up nearly 600 calories. Perhaps some of the other options are more flavorful. Serviceable but ultimately forgettable lunch.

I have been going here weekly for the past two months ; I can say they CONSISTENTLY have good soup and service. I always talk to the GM of this location/ Polaris due to COVID19 and the furlough of their employees. Could be why I always get excellent service and conversation!

You like soup? You like sandwiches? Check this place out. Full disclosure it's a little pricey, but usually worth the price paid.

What an excellent experience! I came in around 2pm to get a small cup of soup and was promptly greeted. I tried a couple of soups and put in my order quickly. Plenty of seating at the time, and I was able to enjoy my delicious soup and fresh French baguette. Fantastic and I'll definitely be back.

Clam chowder was delicious

Quick with great free parking. Chicken Tortilla Soup and Cranberry Almond salad, yummy!
