Zombie Pig BBQ

I’m from VA and was told by some grunts I know to try this place. They were spot on! Great food, Veteran owned place. The owner came over and chatted with us for a little bit and made us feel welcome. 💯

Food was not very good at all. I ordered the brisket plate which was brisket and bread and you had to purchase sides separately. I also ordered dessert which was phenomenal but i believe that is from another establishment (How Sweet it is Cake Studio). Brisket did not taste very smoked or flavorful at all. Mac and Cheese was an instant type mac and cheese and black beans and rice was decent. This place was a bit pricey, but I thought maybe the food would be phenomenal and it was not. They also need better to go containers because the juice from the food messed all in the bottom of the bag. Don't waste your money here.

Was not disappointed. It's a must stop when I return to Columbus.

The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and service was fast. Main issues I had was they did not have brewed sweet tea. All they had was the fountain style that comes form a box of syrup. Very rare that I don't see brewed tea at a BBQ place. Secondly the lack of options on the menu. Very simple and small menu with only and handful of side options. No fried options. Definitely not your typical BBQ restaurant.

The best BBQ I've had in a long time!! Especially in the Columbus area, they beat out all of there competition.

Amazing Experience, We heard their commerical on TV in our motel room and decided to check it out for lunch. It was simply amazing! What a incredible heap of food.

Great food and great service. We had the pulled pork plate and ribs, both with baked beans. Owner and staff were all very friendly and owner came out and talked to us. Can't wait to visit again.

You order at the front, all the food were premise, they just scoop out their containers and give to you right after you pay. They offer military discount as well.The food is serving in a okay temperature, not fresh out of grill hot. But the flavor was really good. We ordered pulled pork, chicken and prime ribs. Sides are additional charged, we had Mac&cheese and coleslaw Coleslaw is the yogurt-based Greek style, it is good and just different

I’ve eaten about everything they offer and have enjoyed it all. My favorite is the chicken that I buy by the pound. On weekend mornings, I will scramble the chicken in with eggs and cheese and top it off with Zombie Pig’s hot sauce. Good stuff!

I got the four meat platter with double pulled pork, because they had run out of brisket (this was about 4:15pm) so i didn't get to try it(it must be very good). The pulled chicken was good, the ribs were really good without any sauce, and the pulled pork was good though i thought it was a little sweet, but was really good when i added the mustard based sauce. I also got 3 sides, macaroni & cheese was pretty good, brunswick stew was ok, and potato salad which was really good(probably the best thing i ate).

Great BBQ the ribs were the best. The owner is very nice and treats everyone with respect and you can tell as a whole they care for their business and the people who eat there. Place was clean and prices not bad.

Quick, delicious, friendly staff. Chicken was great but i became full on the ribs. My baby girl loved the mac and cheese while the missus tore up the collards.
