Zoes Kitchen

I usually love the Zoe's Kitchen franchise, but the Fayetteville location has been disappointing the past couple of times I have ordered. The staff has always been friendly, but my order has been wrong the past couple of times and they never put dressings with the salads. This has happened three times now and I have just started buying an extra bottle rather than relying on it to be in the box. My most recent order has completely ruined the Fayetteville location for me because as I was eating my salad I ordered to go, I found a dead fly in it. I almost ate it thinking it was just char from the chicken or something, and thankfully took a closer look. I just threw the salad away because I immediately lost my appetite. Once again, the franchise is great, but if you order from the Fayetteville location, double check to make sure your order is complete... and there are no flies.

I went in to place a to go order 03/22/2019 and the male manager on duty that afternoon assisted me and took my order and was so polite. The staff in the back had it ready in ten minutes. I got back to my store and my order was accurate and delicious. Great job!

Food is very fresh and tasty! Seasoned perfectly and so many healthy options. I love that their cookies have fresh ingredients instead of being made to have a long shelf life.

Came in for the first time and the man that helped me was Steven. He was quick, friendly and very thorough. Customer service these days is usually trash but he gave me a little more faith in the service industry! HELL YES FOR STEVEN 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

This place is always on point..great and great for you...incredible staff, good wholesome food....Salmon Kabobs is da bomb!

Delicious healthy food my favorite place!

It's been awhile since I've eaten at Zoes and I was really excited to get my dinner from there today. I was so disappointed in the food. I ordered the kabob combo and both of them, the steak & chicken, were hard, rubbery, dry & tasteless. My veggies were cooked nicely but I had to season them because they had zero taste as well. I don't know what happened today but I hope things get better.

It was way better last time. The steak was way overcooked. Almost burned. The mixed vegetables was just about all broccoli and the tzatziki was nowhere near as fresh as the last time. Definitely not worth the 60 + dollars I spent.

Good food, and healthier than fast food and the other chains in/around the mall. There's always plenty of seating and it's clean. The staff is very nice. Sign up for their emails and you get freebies often!

Kaela is WONDERFUL as ALWAYS!! Great person. .. she is very personable and always makes me feel welcome when I come there, she's very helpful and very attentive to my request. GREAT PERSONALITY and asset to this CO. I'm not just saying this. ..she makes my lunch experience pleasant that's why I come back almost daily!
