Love their buffalo blued salad!!! They always let me substitute or add stuff to it!!!

Good food, fast drive through, friendly staff. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Family friendly.

I've been to a dozen other Zaxby's and Martha at the counter was such a friendly and welcoming person with so much insight and helpfulness I will return to this one again

When I was told that I get one free sauce per order and then was charged for the sauce, I felt like I was at McDonald's. I got McDonald's-styled customer service today. On top of that the crispy chicken was not crispy and the normally great tasting Texas toast was soggy. I should have gone to chick fil A. Smh!

I really like this location . It's clean, friendly service, and fast ordering process. The bread is amazing! And the fries are the best. Our son loves the zaxbys fry seasoning. The tea is great also! I don't care for the "tongue torch" hot wings sauce. There's something in it that throws it off. The salads are greaaat! With your own salad dressing.

Has gotten my food wrong multiple times. It’s good food, I just wish I got what I actually ordered and paid for. Meh

Romaine lettuce was not crisp and was room temp at best. Only one strip of grilled chicken in my salad. Not worth the money. I wont repeat.

The food is so delicious and well made. I felt so compelled to write this review before even finishing my meal. Excellent customer service as well. Such a great experience every visit here. Thank you all.
