Zaxby's

Staff very friendly. Food usually fresh & good. Have gotten the occasional chicken breast on a salad that's been sitting out too long or it's overcooked (not sure which). They sometimes forget the sauces in the drive-thru. Always check your bag before leaving. They'll tell you it's in there when it's not. Mostly good though. I keep going back.

Nothing in life is free, and nothing in life is perfect, but Zaxbys is low-cost and creeping up on snack perfection. The breading on their chicken is super homey and delicious, the fries are tasty, and it has the feel and fantastic memory inducing smell of attending a carnival and eating while you walked around as a kid. They have some really fun menu items that are unexpected and sweet. It is a little escape from ordinary fast food when your lunch break only lasts an hour. Try it out!

Always on point! The food is always wonderful & they carry excellent customer service! You can tell the GM, Chris, does a great job at developing his crew! I have to add to this because it is always the best whenever I'm there as it was today! Chris needs a promotion so that he can oversee the development of other stores!

Good service this time. I have had a spotty experience with this place in the past with messed up or overlooked orders but this time they got it right and done fairly quickly.

Some of the friendliest and helpful staff I have ever encountered. They are truly good at their jobs and make going to this location splendid. They deserve more recognition.

Everytime I've been I have to check my order. I don't have complicated orders. It's stupid stuff such as no slaw, extra fries. Or sauce on the side. Today two people in my order wanted sauce on the side so they assumed the third one did too although they wanted it on the order. Another order wanted grilled chicken, not fried. The food is always exceptional. So are the employees. They just need to get the correct orders.

Had a long wait for wings which is what I wanted so had to settle for fingers instead but the fingers were fresh so I guess it was ok.

I am from Georgia and I know exactly where ZACS started and they still have great food. I always get the ZAXBYS COBB salad.
