Zaxby's

This is my favorite fast food chicken in Charleston. The fingers are perfectly crispy and juicy. The sauces are ridiculous. If you like hot, get the nuclear! The service is good and speedy. The store is always clean. If you haven't tried Zaxby's in general, get yourself there soon!

The man who helped us was so nice! Also a girl who was mopping the floors was really sweet. I live in Lincolnton, NC and am now thoroughly convinced, WE have the rudest people. It's nice to travel!

Worst zaxbys experience I ever had,chicken was over cooked , lettuce was soggy an they only gave us 5 fries with a combo meal .An the lady at the window had a attitude not going back to this one

Something here made my belly sick. No fun - won't be returning.

Always have a good experience at zaxbys. Great chicken house salad. Family friendly though I wish the kids meals had a toy or book.

I really don't know what is going on with Zaxby's lately but their food and their service has been becoming steadly worse for the past couple of years. I have yet to remember a time in the past few months where I actually had a pleasant experience...it's been disappointing visits one after the other on a consistent basis, either my food wasn't very appetizing or my order isn't right or they leave you sitting in the drive thru forever because the car in front of you has a complex order and instead of asking them to pull forward to take care of the customers with less complicated orders they just leave you sitting there ...where has good customer service gone?

Thank you Zaxby's for giving my Veteran ARMY husband validation as having been a vital soldier. Given a quality Zaxby's free chicken sandwich as he freely gave his service as have his veteran Navy soldier younger sister and his recently deceased Veteran Navy younger brother. The customer service is pretty good! The food is ok but their grease needs go be changed (My fries always looks like they've sat in bad grease)

The food is good...... Staff is good seems like there has been a great change within the last few days.. The staff come out and interact with you... Even took my tray for me to trash it..... Thanks Zaxby's staff
