Have waited 20 minutes while the five orders before and after have gotten their food. When we asked what the problem was, we are told they were waiting on fries. And the ten orders before and after all had fries. **Update** at least the food was good!

Good food, very bad service. Employee pushes me out of the way of the drink machine so she could refil the coke. Then messes it up and doesnt say anything to anyone and walks away and took someone 27mins to come fix it.

Tried the new sandwich they've been promoting, and it was disappointing. Not awful, just meh. Their tea maker was broken, so I opted for root beer, but it ran out before I could get a refill. Their ringing phone was more important than the customer standing there waiting to order. Not especially friendly or welcoming. Trash all over the parking lot. Been here before, and it was better.
