Compared to both the Barnesville and Griffin Zaxby's this location is far superior. I don't know how they are enforcing the level of quality they manage to produce, but you would expect an occasional misstep with an order like perhaps the fried chicken every so often being under cooked due to some fingers sticking together, but I can honestly say that has never happened at this location. Not only that, but the quality of each individual finger seems to be around the same level rather than having an amazing finger then a sub par finger. If you're choosing out of the 3, it's your best bet.

When I entered, I was the only customer. I ordered 5 wing meal and my fries were not fresh. The meal should come with a fly swatter because they have taken over!! I've been swinging my arms like a mad woman!!! The come was nice and strong. I suggest they install a bug zapper because this is horrible. All I can think about is flies sit on poop or something dead. Never again!!!!

Went there for the first time today. The experience was just what people look for in a fast food restaurant. Fast friendly polite employee working the drive thru. No long wait time. Food was amazing. Can't really ask for more.

The big fan of Zaxby’s , I just moved to THOMASTON a couple of months back every time I go there same poor quality food ....Everton I go there I was expecting atleast this time it gona be goo but .....I don’t know what’s wrong with this Zaxb’s place everywhere else it’s so good and all franchise use the same product.....

It seemed to be very clean and friendly. But to me it was just subpar food. I have eaten at the original zaxby's and they would be very disappointed.
