The food here is pretty good. They are a bit expensive for a fast food restaurant that only serves chicken. They lose a star because I have never seen this place clean. I eat here twice a month, and every time the tables are dirty and sticky. The cashiers are always friendly, and when they make a mistake they are quick to make reparations.

I must say, when you have hangry kids and you get food served cold when your dining in it really bothered me. However the manager Jesse really rocked it! They remade the whole meal. I greatly appreciate him making it right! Thank you!

I love this place, its always clean, the employees are alwaus polite and professional. Also the mix and match drink machine is the greatest invention to date, and I applaud Zaxby's purchase of it.

Hands down greatest chicken, customer service and order accuracy. A great clean warm eat in environment. Sierra one of the girls that works there is the sweetest most respectful young women I've met in quite some time. Couldn't have been a better experience!
