Love it here. Kickn chicken sandwich and chicken ceaser salad is a must. Clean quiet and friendly staff.

Chicken was great! Ranch & ketchup not good, must have been a cheap brand. Probally won't go back.

They never put enough cajun on the fries. I always ask for extra hoping they would bother to shake their wrists a few times for me but I always check the box to find naked fries. Straight up ignored. Im always going back in to ask for more, and they shake it into a bag for me.. if it's so easy to shake some into a bag why is it so hard to do that on the fries..

Service has definitely gotten better... I'd say over the past year. More accurate with customized orders and staff seems pleasant. Before it was a mess and let's say if you asked for no tomatoes .. you would still get tomatoes. My salad USED to always be wrong but definitely better now. Thank you.

Would gave a full 5 stars, but employee gave our drinks with no drink holder, straws, or napkins.

This place is so ghetto, employees are rude and they don't even understand what good customer service means. Not even worth writing a review about this place. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot waiting, they told me they will bring my food out which should have happened 7 minutes ago, wouldn't surprise me if I have to go in there and get it...Update while I am writing this: a guy just came out and brought me my food, he was actually really nice, he definitely made up for that bad customer service the women in that place practice.If the Zaxby manager reads this: give this guy with the beard a raise and get rid of these rude women

I've eaten at this location a few times & I love it!I'm glad Zaxby's decided to open a store in "Bad News", it's a good look for the city and for the company. The food is always fresh (my favorites would be the Cajun Club & the Asian Zalad), and the staff is always friendly.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food prepared by good people!

I love the chicken here. The employees are cool too.

This was surprisingly underwhelming. Had to wait several minutes for someone to take my order when there was nobody in line. Server had to answer the phone while I was ordering and then s/he decided to hang up on a customer that had gotten the wrong order. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, but there was no child changing table in either bathroom and one of the sinks was not working in the women's bathroom. The table was grossly uneven to where it would take a 2x4 to stabilize it. The toast was only toasted on one side and 2 of the 3 kids meals were missing items. The soda machine had good variety, but was out of several options. The only bright spot was the cheese curds were fresh and had a good crust on them. Hopefully this was just an off day for them.
