Zaxby's

I decided to try their Tuesday 50% off salad special and... it was tasty! I went with the Caesar Salad with fried chicken. The chicken was moist and plentiful; I find most restaurants fail to add enough meat to their salads - this afternoon was not the case. Several of the pieces were huge bites! They offer dressing on the side, nice water cups, and their Orem local was quite clean. Customer service was friendly and their service was prompt.

Food is good but the lady in the drive thru would not let us do two orders. Not the biggest deal but made the trip take twice as long. Especially considering I’ve never had an issue with 2 orders.

The portion size is awesome, the price is wonderful and the quality of food is fantastic. They're quick, friendly and well staffed. Will be having lunch here more often!

Very tasty chicken! This restaurant chain is normally located back east and having a couple stores here in Utah is a treat! Remarkable service too!

Had the Blue Zalad with grilled chicken. I'll be going for more.

The food was excellent, as always. However, the employees were not thrilled to be there and provided poor customer service.

I have been doing Doordash the last couple of times. I was impressed by the quality of the food and the kindness of the delivery person. Thank you so much for having an outstanding service in such difficult times.

Zaxby's is a great place! Everytime I go, it brings back so many great childhoods memories!

When I went to Zaxby’s I asked if I could do two separate orders and the lady said no, and after asking the question again and wondering why. I was left in complete silence for 4 minutes. Not to mention my food was not even warm, and they forgot to put a slice of bread in one of our platters.

The food is delicious and service was fast. We visited during the pandemic and they made effort to minimize contact and social distance.

Good chicken but they forgot my top slice of bread for my sandwich and my girlfriend didn't get the sauce that comes with the Big Zac Snack meal

I love Zaxbys and was introduced to it in Georgia but after going to this specific location in Orem Utah twice, I will have to say that I'm disappointed in the the lack of freshness and quality service.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Zaxby chain. Very good for fast food.
