Very good and tender chicken.

Very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes and still didn't get my order and had to ask for the manager multiple times. Was told they are making it now and after waiting again I didn't get my order. In the meantime people that had came in after me had gotten their food eaten and left. I literally had to make a scene to get the manager to come and see what was happening. I asked for my money back and the only thing that was offered as a complementary solution was a cookie. If your not in a hurry may be the place to go bit you can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same money and less time.

Freshest fries I've had at Zaxby's in years.

It took 25 minutes between placing our order and receiving our order. There were only 3 orders ahead of us and maybe a couple cars in drive thru so there wasn't an apparent reason for this delay. When our food finally was ready, since we were in a hurry that didn't account for a 25 minute wait, we asked for the order to go instead of for dine in. Somehow this prompted another 5 minute delay when they took our food back and into the kitchen to box it... I just asked for a bag so I don't know how that was necessary. There was a homeless person harassing people in the parking lot and someone else sleeping in one of the booths. So yeah, won't be doing that again.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. I just had a run in with the world’s worst drive thru worker. I guess it’s ok to scream at customers through the drive thru speaker at this place.. no wonder it was completely empty at dinner time! Everyone already knows.. now I do too!

Great location and friendly service! There are beautiful live oaks that provide shade for a corner of the parking lot, so if you want to eat in your car it's an excellent location to have shade and enjoy your meal. I've been here 3x over the past year and I'm always impressed by their friendliness of the staff and quality of their food. They always give you extra napkins and are surprisingly quick with large orders (4+ sandwiches).

The Zaxby special drink that is advertised was empty in their drink dispenser. The lobby area and counters were dirty. F grade for cleanliness. D-C grade for staff friendliness

Delicious food and friendly service.

Everytime I come in there they try to give me boneless wings that are half frozen still and they never have all of the items to complete the order I payed for...the thing is they don't even try to tell me anything about it!! I guess they don't think that I will check my food before I leave, bunch of meat heads!!

Dirty, slow and uncaring. Restrooms were out of hand towels. Drink machine out of many flavors. Ice machine empty. Service was slow, even by Zaxby standards, which means nearly forever! Wouldn't stop here again ever .... If I can ever leave with food?!?

I generally stop by here pretty regularly each month while traveling for work. The food is always very tasty and hot. It is also very nice that the staff is helpful and friendly, something that you don't get much of anymore these days.
