Great chicken and bread the best flavor is probably,teriyaki!

Had the Cobb salad and it was very good. First time at this location and it was clean. Temperature in dining room was cold.

Chicken is great. Fries are great. Both are always fresh and always hot.

Had an overall disappointing experience at Zaxby's. The fried chicken on my salad was dry and obviously not fresh. The salad itself was disappointing. The service was ok, but not very friendly. We will not be returning. There are way better places to eat that are worth the money you spend. Xaxby's is not one of them.

2 signs posted saying dine in open. After walking in, ordering, then sitting down to eat i was told to leave because they weren't allowing dine in. Now the food is cold and soggy. Thanks for being dumb.

Zaxby's is a must visit place when I am visiting in Georgia and Florida (none in my home state of California). I am a big fan of the grilled chicken Caesar Zalad and some sweet tea. My only complaint is they don't serve the birthday cake shake anymore. That was a meal in itself!

Food was good...like normal. Something not right there though. Had to wait over 30 minutes for it...I sort of felt silly waiting that long!

I wanted give credit where credits due. There was a issue with my but didn't know until returned to my new building site. The manager, AMBER, was very kind, professional, and went out of her way far beyond what expected. That's why me and my grandkids will continue even more than we have picking up Zaxbys for lunch and dinner. Thanks Amber!!

If you through the drive thru, check your order before you pull off

Bought 2 Cobb Salads and all that were in them was lettuce, cheese, and chicken. Everything else was missing...went back up there 30min before close and they were all gone. Terrible product and service

This Zaxby's location has always worked very well with me in regards to catering. I have used this location five times over the past several years to cater work functions (150 or more attendees). The managers are very easy to work with, the food has always been delivered on time, and the quality was very good/ consistent. Nothing but positive things to say about the food, staff and catering services.

Love this place. Good food. Had problems checking out. Use Samsung Pay, has worked here. But said it was against their policy??

It was ok paid 12 bucks for 10 wings and 2 celery sticks. It was supposed to have sweet and spicy sauce on it but it just tasted like teriyaki sauce. The chicken was cooked all the way and was juicy. First time customer wasn't really impressed but I will try again and see if I can find something that has more bang for my buck

Took 35 minutes to get drive in order. I ended up going inside to ask about it. That forgot about it. Yea the guy said sorry but not with his heart because he had to. I will go back but it will be a bit before I do.
