I went through drive-thru and ordered a salad with chicken on the side. When I got to work I realized I didn't get the chicken. I called and they brought it to me at work!!! AND they were SOOOO nice about it! They always have friendly employees there, but this was way above and beyond customer service!! :)

Food is rlly good and the bread is amazing. The service is extremely kind

I ordered chicken fingers and they were over fried. However, this was the first time it ever happened. Usually the tenders are cooked to perfection. TMc

The staff is friendly, food is good, and service is just a little slow.

This place has quick service, a clean facility, and really nice employees. I ordered about five minutes before closing and they asked me if it was for here or to go. I explained to them I could just take it with me since they were about to close. The cashier said it's no problem for me to eat inside even though they were closing, and I was welcome to stay, so, I stayed. The food is very fresh, tasty, and good. The girls working the front did not take away the tea urns at some places do when they are closing. They left the tea urns out for me so I could get refills as needed. I have not had this great experience at other places when they are closing and I'm in the lobby eating. I will definitely frequent this place more often.

Service is fast I'll give them that, but this is my third time eating here and I always have something cold. If my chicken is hot my fries are cold. If my fries are hot the chicken is cold. I usually go after the lunch rush but I feel like the time shouldn't matter. I should be able to enjoy whatever I order.

Food was good service was quick

The chicken options are good here. We shared a family platter, which had a generous amount of food. There was enough space for our sizable group of 7, too.

Very clean and friendly service!

I like to get zaxbys on my way to class, but they always forget to put a fork in my bag so I have to just not eat my boneless wings in class. It’s really annoying and frustrating
