Good food service was slow

Sitting in line for over 25 mins for a salad. Ridiculous but food is great here

I was in their drive thru for over 20 mins and every time I come here they are extremely slow.

Hands down the worst Zaxbys I've ever been too. The manager was one of the least professional acting person I've dealt with at Fast food. Also, their card machine was "down". I had cash so I was ok. But food took forever, and I saw 4 orders returned for being incorrect while I was waiting. Both me and my friend that ordered in front of me didn't get the extra sauce we paid for, and both of us were treated rudely when asking for them. Pass on this place!

Food was ok. Place was not very clean. Our order was messed up so we waited in line again and then had to wait for a manager to fix it

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD my wife and I spent over 40 dollars on ours and our kids dinner and they not only “forgot” HALF of our food , so we called once we realized , the manager said she would replace it , (no big deal right ?) we drive the 15 minute drive back up there for the manager to tell us she never spoke with us on the phone and there was nothing they could do about it we had 2 forms of proof of purchase receipt via paper and receipt via where we payed with a debit card ! Horrible customer service

Terrible service. They have changed the Zensation Zalad. Won't be going back.

Pretty good csr, and I got my food in a decent time although being busy in-hhouse and in drive thru. Order wasn't wrong which is a plus.

Placed my order and was very specific about what I wanted and repeated myself to make sure they understood. Order still came up wrong and to top it off chicken ended up tasting like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours could barely even chew it ended up going If zaxbys was cheap it wouldnt be as big of a deal but for the prices they charge I expect my order to be on point will not go back

Food came quick and hot. But...a hair☹️

This is almost a last option when we go grab something fast food wise. Love Zaxbys food. But we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to move two cars up then we left. It’s like that every single time. Drive thru or going inside. It’s terrible and the workers don’t care at all. Costumer service is last in the priority list here. There needs to be some changes here management and worker wise.

This store is terrible. The past two times I've gone they have screwed up my order. I get something I didnt order and then fries are so over cooked they are hard as a rock.

no medium drink lids... Drink station littered with customer trash... No sweet tea. Soda drink machine over flowing with ice. Will not order a third time from this location
