Zaxby's

My 2 year old loves him some Zaxby's! He eats the chicken there no problem and he likes the Graham cracker cookies.

Place is good to eat ,I order kicking fingers and is delicious..

They have excellent service and do well with special requests. They are one of the few Zaxbys I like to visit because of their efficiency and service.

I love Zaxby's but this is the second time I've gone to this particular Zaxby's and the soda was just carbonation when I got home to the kids. I don't like Sprite so I didn't taste theirs. But I just ordered 4 meals, and all 3 sprites and the doctor pepper are disgusting. If it was closer to my house I would go back..but the mall traffic going that way isn't worth it. Please just make sure the employees are changing out the sodas--especially for us using the drive thru. Luckily I have a liter at home.

Great food. Staff needs to be more aware of gluten allergy, and how to handle the food. Not to place the bread on top of the food, but to the side, on another plate.

Super speedy and delicious

Chicken was great but the fries were a little stale. Also the freestyle Coke machine was out of all the flavors.

First off the dude had a terrible attitude onnthe speaker. Guy was rude takin my card. I wss polite. Guess i was raised right. But then some genius thinks drenching food in sauce is cute. I mean i paid for edible food not a damn clean up job. Fries under cooked like hell. Yall are terrible st your jobs and should probably spend less time making sure yur hair to visor ratio is on point and learn how to cook and talk to folks right.

3 times coming thru for the 20 pc family meal no sauce at all.....

You can never go wrong at Zaxbys.....I love their Zalads

Fresh and hot. They and satisfying.

My grilled salad was very good, my guest food was hot and they liked their meal.

I love zaxbys but this one in particular is not that great. They are slow, their customer service is not great and they almost always mess up your order without an apology. We always try to avoid this Zaxbys. They messed up our order this time as well.

Order taken well, quickly served and food was good. Fries a little under cooked but everything else disappeared quickly.

Not a good experience at thus locarion Just trying to get a phone order for an elderly couple for dinner was a nightmare. I was hung up on the first call when I called back I was put on hold for 12 minutes. When we arrived there the couple had to wait in the car for 30 mims before order was ready. TRUTH be told is just that. Keep it REAL with the communication. Hell train your staff ti ask someone if they dont know. Not to WASTE my TIME or YOURS. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!
