Zaxby's

Food was great. Thought the price of food was great, we're out of town and 3 of us ate for $21. Where we live 2 people cost $18 at the least in our restaurants so it's nice to be able to eat somewhere that's prices are cheaper

Our office is really close by so we use to go over for the Family meal a lot. I'd order it for the team and we'd have it for lunch. We bought it probably 5 or 6 times and I don't believe it was ever correct. The last time we went, they removed it off the menu and when I requested it, they were annoyed that I even asked. Staff has is normally positive and friendly, but we rarely had the correct order when it's large. Stay with small meals and you'll be fine.

I really enjoy Zaxbys food. From there chicken to there cookies. The staff are pretty good. You will always have that one that makes you wonder why they work with customers but overall the food was hot and tasted very well. The chicken was fully cooked and the cookie was soft and delicious.

The food is good, especially the toast. It is clean and the service is friendly. This is a picture of the Big Zack Snack plate.

Love this place, its the only fast food chain in America that I can find that has hot-sauce STRONG ENOUGH to satisfy this Pepper-head! (Dont worry, they have mild and sweet sauces too.) ---Oh, and the chicken is perfect.

I normally love this place but I asked the cashier about the new sandwich that was being advertised and was told they were out and wasn't selling them. When I returned to the front of the store after getting my drink he said oh yeah, their ok, not really spicy. I would prefer to judge for myself, if only the cashier hadn't been clueless I could have tried the (carribbean jerk sandwich) sandwich. Oh well, 1 bad experience can often lead to not having to experience another bad experience. Will I return? Probably not.

Great food and great service

Zaxby's has the best chicken around I don't typically like chicken from a anywhere but my mama's house however they do a real good job with their chicken and with their sides anyways at now just wanna say thank you to zaxby's up on it up on Richmond road

Nibbler buns too hard to actually enjoy. Asked for fresh ones but they were cold!!!!😳

Deserves no stars. Gave my order to the wrong car then minutes later when they realized the mistake they gathered up the bags and handed them to me. Forget the pandemic and government restriction and closed dining room. Having a stranger rummage through my food is bad enough when there isn't a chance contacting a deadly virus. Icing on the cake was being told they don't know how to give me a refund so only option is to wait over half an hour for replacement food. Way to keep your customers (former in this case) safe.

I've had good experiences here and bad experiences here. I've never had extremely bad or extremely good so it's an alright place to go.
