Today was the 1st time I ever tried to eat a chicken salad sandwich that was turned inside out. To much money for that kind service, y'all can do better!!

Best Zaxby’s I have ever been to. It was so clean, fast and friendly service, great space, tons of room, great food as usual, and the aesthetic is really pretty. See the photos! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

Fast service, however my boneless wings were cold... Although my other two family members didn't have an issue with theirs. Maybe it was a fluke. I hope to receive a better meal next time!

Good quantity food. The lot of place is available for dine in.. Waiting time is little more.. We ordered chicken meal, big zax snack meal and spicy fried mushrooms.. The sandwich we got in chicken meal is soggy..Lot of place us available for parking.

I suggest not to get their chicken salad sandwich because, it had my sister up all night pooping and throwing up. It is old and made me miss my hospital appointment for my broken sternum. So if you go here be warned they are not up to date with there food! This place deserves a 0/10 and needs a health inspection.

This location is clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and you can tell they care about their cuatomers. Food is hot and fresh and tastes way better than other locations. Will definitely keep coming back here.

I don’t know why I still bother even giving this location a chance. Every time I go here something is wrong with my meal. Either I don’t get the extra sauce I payed for, the fries are completely un-seasoned, or they just flat out get my order wrong. Half of the time I go here I'm on my break and I can’t just drive back and get it fixed. Disappointing

Food was semi cold sauce was just squirted on top of my boneless wings instead of coated, most of my wings didn't have any sauce. Ordered mushrooms and pickles only got the pickles had to park and go in and ask for them. Drive thru people was very rude

The chicken is always so dry at this zaxbys. Nothing compared to the other zaxby’s around the area

I had to wait a while to get my food, and I had something wrong with my order. They ended up making it right. The food tasted fine, the staff was okay but it was not an exceptional experience.

My faverite meal here is the blackened chicken salad try it you may find a new faverite yourself.

1st time I ate here, I was sick 2 days after (food poisoning). Decided to give them another try wings were cold and only half the wings had sauce on them. 3rd time I placed an order online at 8:05. Arrived at Zaxby’s at 8:20. They brought out the wrong food and told me they would fix it. 20 minutes later I am still waiting for my food. I had my wife call the store and talk to the Manager Jennifer and she claimed they never received the order and we possibly had the wrong Zaxby’s. My wife asked Jennifer to come out to the car and to look at our order. By this time it is after 9. She seen my order confirmation and just said “Wow I’ll get right on it”. Didn’t receive my food until 9:30! Yep this was their last chance, I’ll drive to Brown’s Bridge or Oakwood.

The Cole slaw was really dry. Didn't have any mayonnaise in it at all. The chicken was pretty good. The girl at the window was not very friendly. Did not get a thank you or come back at all. She just gave me my food and that was it. She didn't even smile. May not visit this location again.
