The food was cold first of all. Then the order was not right. Took it back in & when the hot fresh fries were not even half done. That was my first time eating there, it was also my last. And I helped was not so much help either.

Had grilled chicken salad. Very good. I think they need to train the personnel on the register to include learning to give correct change when register does not indicate it.

Everything was great other than the young lady who forgot our drinks and had an attitude when I asked someone else for them. I could tell by her demeanor she was a high school student or young adult, definitely shouldn't work in customer service if you aren't capable of serving others(had the faux locs in two buns) Just my opinion.

The food was fine but the restaurant was filthy! EVERY SINGLE TABLE in the dining room WAS DIRTY! We arrived at just before noon. There was no crowd. No line. No excuse for not wiping the tables. I will not go back.

They even take time to hear about the things important to my special son, and for that they should be recognized and lauded. Food is terrible my bread was so dry and hard manger told me its cause they didnt thaw ther bread out because of the holidays so I told him then why would you give it to me I've never had a problem before when jordan was there since hes been gone service has been terrible he told me to come when I get off work and that he would replace it so I'm hungry and gotta wait to get off to get one damn nibbler my coworker also ordered chicken wings they only put one in the box she then had to go back up there for the rest of her stuff their service sucks and food is nasty they need to do better I wont be eating here again

Always a nice place to go to. Helpful staff and coupons help. Tasty chicken or zalads. Quiet and relaxing. The one drawback I'd say is while plenty of parking it is too close to the drive thru lane. Other then that always a great visit.

Sanitation grade of 94. Not the best. But the real issue :it was FREEZING in the restaurant! It was more comfortable outside, than eating in. Our food got cold, because the A/C was so dang cold! It was miserable. Won't be going back.
