OMG it’s so good! The only thing is that for a fast food place it’s kind of expensive. I have taken my family of 4 A LOT! If I really want some now I wait till it’s date night just me and the hubby or some random day when I’m running errands with just one of the kids because paying for 2 is less of a shock to the day I wallet than it is for all 4 of us.All that said though, it is really the best fast food chicken for sure!

Very few fast food places are consistent anymore. This is one of the outliers to that prior statement this Zaxbys is always on point love their chicken.

Their good and a great alternative if you're tired of the long lines at Chick Fil A

Love this place but none where I live. Had to stop.

zaxbys is bad service and they treat their employees bad! i had a friend who worked there and I seen for MYSELF sheri the manager was racist the company is poorly ran and the food is almost always cold. and you can tell that the staff is lazy and disrespectful!

18 minute wait for food after ordering. Dining room uncomfortably cold, floors and windows dirty. One coke machine broken and no ice. Parking is terrible. No reason to return.

Food is good but one of the drink machinrs was not working and the other , over hslf of the choices where not available.

The chicken and bread is good when it's fresh. After 9pm the food isn't so good and tastes old and stale. The tables could have been wiped off, being that there was only one other person in the dining area and nobody ordering any food.

The chicken wings are one of my favorites.  The wings are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight.  The glazed chicken are also very delectable and mouthwatering.  All the flavor is kept in while grilling and goes well with a cold drink.

Customer service sucks especially "manager Sarah" she needs to be demoted while taught how to be a manager or even fired. She does not know how to talk to her customers

We were there for about an hour and not one employee ever came out behind the counter to wipe down even one table. Was disappointed in the whole service and food was just adequate. Worked on convincing my husband for months to go and he was not impressed at all. Very sad!!

I was enjoying my fries until I found this hair in them.

Had an awful experience my 1st visit I did finally go back for 2nd time. Food was great service was outstanding.

I like it way better than Chick-fil-A I just wish they had restaurants North of Indianapolis
