I not a big fan of chain food, but when I am, I go to Gordo. Some of the best burritos/tacos around. They have good sized portions and every so often, they have taco specials. Their assembly line is quick and you don't have to wait long while your food is made. Seating is a bit limited but you could take a stroll on Solano and find a random spot to sit down. The protein options are great. I recommend the carnitas.

Been coming here for over 20 years. So delicious. Had the regular bean and cheese burrito today with guacamole. Hit the spot. They steam the tortilla with cheese and then build it up so it is nice and soft. Tastes fresh and not a lard taste in the beans that you might find in the truck s in the area.

Good food. Usually crowded. Lots of high school and university students. Good value.Usually a long wait in a line out the door.
