A must-visit in this area! The menu is limited and rotates often which might be annoying to some and reservations are only through email. However, once you select a menu option it's guaranteed to be tasty and unique. The workers there were super friendly and accommodating to our group.

Delicious dinner. Menu changes every 10 days or so, but our duck and steak were cooked perfectly and we sat overlooking the stove with a great view.

First visit, last night, for dinner, and here's the 411: great menu, good short simple wine list of good choices (beer choices looked good, too), good clean fresh food, cooked to perfection--no limp lettuce or rubbery scallops or raw beef here--and beautifully plated, enormous portions, wonderful hospitality and service, and to our thinking well priced. We loved our food and enjoyed looking at the food being served to people around us, who were also wowed first-timers. Appears to us that Legrand Kitchen is worthy of its

LeGrand consistently creates quality meals. The chef produces flavor combinations according to what's fresh and in season to make unique dishes. Always a delightful surprise!

Amazing cheeseburger - just the right amount of zing due to the jalapenos! It can take a while to get a table, but you can go down the street for a beer until your table is ready. Great addition to NOCO! Our go to place for visitors who all say, "One of the best meals I've ever had." Great staff. Limited beer and wine but you are going for the food. Driving by and you blink and you'll miss it...don't blink!

These folks are doing an amazing job with take-out. Tuna Stroganoff is great! Best burger in town!

The menu changes and is unique. Great food. It's small so show up a little early to get a seat.

Great food in a wonderfully beautiful old building. Worth a visit if you are looking for something other than chain restaurants. The Calamari might have been the best I ever had and the broiled seafood platter was very good.

The menu is upscale. The food was well prepared. The service was friendly. On the downside, the non-alcoholic beverage selection was lacking. No iced tea for the meal and no coffee to have with dessert.

The food is great every single time and the service is consistently good. If I wanted to show visitors from out of town the best of what Norfolk has to offer, this would be my pick for certain.

This is probably my favorite place in Norfolk. Menu is thoughtful, well executed, frequently changes to make the best use of excellent local produce, but most importantly, everything I've had there is delicious.
