Ordered via Deliveroo this evening, driver's name Mohamed. He never called, I only received the message from the app saying he couldn't find the place. I called him, explaining the number of the apartment and waiting for him to ring. Still nothing. Went downstairs to meet him, he never showed up, I received a message that said the food was left in my garden. There is no garden, I live in a building so he literally left the food on the front door and of course I found nothing when I came down. £40 order man. Are you kidding me? Are we serious?! Called and complained, I'm waiting for the next order. Terrible customer service.

Tried the place for the first time, really good for takeaway sushi.

Why do you not have a veggie box? If looking for veggie sushi you have two choices (avocado or cucumber).The amount of plastic you use is horrific. Why do you include soy sauce within the box (inside a useless plastic tub) and not just available on request when you pay? Is it to make the box look more substantial?
