At Yoshinoya, we expand our restaurants seeking new styles, to offer better tasting products and comfortable dining space. Our new style of concept is called "Cooking & Comfort." At Yoshinoya company, we call it by the nickname "C&C restaurants." At "Cooking" restaurants, we offer our usual Yoshinoya menus, and also await customers with menus unique only to "C&C restaurants." At "Comfort" restaurants, we offer "dining space value" where customers can comfortably sit down to relax and have a meal. There are also drink bars* and cakes* available so family members and friends can relax, chat, and enjoy in these restaurants. (*Excludes some stores.)

I often use it for drive-through, but the other day I made a pre-order by phone and went to get it. I was able to receive the product smoothly, as they responded politely over the phone. I will be using this again.

A male sales clerk in his 60s collected what was sent to other customers due to a mistake in delivery and left it as it was. I was amazed at the fact that I was able to put out my hand. (There is no refund)I could forgive my point card, make a mistake at the cash register, or cope with some of the minor things, but I did not think that I would do this at the restaurant.
