Sushi, or NOT sushi! Yoshimama offers both authentic Japanese fare along with delicious and unique Japanese Fusion dishes. We have a wide selection of vegetarian, cooked and raw fish appetizers and entrees. We also offer chicken and beef dishes. Now people who love sushi and sashimi can bring their friends and family who prefer not to eat fish, raw or cooked. We offer genuine Japanese Green tea, hot or chilled. Yoshimama was reinvented by Master Sushi Chef Tony in 2012. Tony is young but boasts over 15 years experience in Japanese Food and Sushi. Tony studied under a Japanese Master for many years. He brings not only his wealth of experience to Nashua, but his love of cooking. This is reflected in his amazing offerings. Not only does he prepare standard dishes with exceptionally great taste, but many items on the menu are Tony's unique creations. He believes that beautiful presentation enhances the experience, so prepare yourself for a food art show!
