The people that work there are so nice and friendly and kind I just love to go there

So disappointed every time I go here. It's over-priced unless you go on the discounted days, and on "no weigh Wednesday" you have to use a smaller cup anyway. Half of the machines are either not in use or not working, so there are only about 4 flavors most of the time, of which some are terrible. And I am tired of waiting for someone to give me a tiny cup so I can try a flavor because they are always different. I wanted to like it for the atmosphere and that I am able to walk there, but if there were literally any other ice cream place in Nocatee I would probably go there as I am sure many others would too...

Great Customer Service! Lovely Staff! Came by earlier today and the manager Zach was quick to stop what he was doing to greet me and my kids as we came in and helped us with some samples! The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and patient! I highly recommend this place! Family Friendly! I will be returning with my family!
