Yobe

Froyo is great, staff ruined it, the foreign cashier lady quickly made our transaction before I could take out my Yobe rewards card, she said she already did the payment so she didn't want to take our rewards card. When we left she rudely told us what to do next time we visited, which was to take out our card first before paying. Service was unacceptable with her.

This store needs to work on their customer service. We were treated rudely by the lady who works there when we used the wrong cups for no weigh Wednesday and she would not allow us to switch (we hadn't even added toppings yet). Not a welcoming customer experience. Their yogurt is good but way overpriced.

Two weeks ago I called and said I had a yoby's gift card they said no problem bring it in. So yesterday I showed up drove out of my way because I live in Mandarin and The woman there said no we don't take those and when I asked her to check with somebody she said no we don't take those you leave now
