Yen's Kitchen and Sushi Bar

Delicious, amazing service, great prices. They have the best pad thai I have had in years, amazing soups, chinese dishes and sides. The staff is also always friendly, inviting, and helpful. I am so happy I found this place! It is our new favorite.

For Chinese food I prefer the original Yen's. The sauces here are blah, sweet and sour tastes like ketchup. But the sushi is great as is the pad thai. The service is always friendly and attentive. Also, I don't know what it is but the water here is fantastic, I don't even need to order a lemon with it.

Definitely a Taiwanese delights. We tried the sushi, which is not as good as expected. But the Taiwanese dishes are excellent. Service staff are incredibly friendly. Majority of them speaks Taiwanese, and they made you feel like home.

Simply Sublime! The sushi and entrees were nothing short of spectacular! The owner and each staff member were welcoming and friendly. Yen’s restaurant was immaculate and very fast to take and prepare our order. This is a must stop for anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner, especially those that appreciate Asian cuisine👍🏼

This food is the real deal. The customer service is kind. There's always fresh selections to choose from which never disappoint with outstanding quality.

A very simple formula, do everything right. The food was excellent, the service was prompt, friendly, and easily accessible (my water glass was filled twice before my 2nd sip!). The restaurant was super clean and decorated nicely. The price was right as well. Its also worth noting that a large number of patrons were Asian, telling me I was probably in the right spot for this type of cuisine. Ill be back!

I've been here several times in the last couple months and the service and food has been extraordinary here. I asked and this place is related to the Yen's Cafe on the other-side of Ashburn which also has incredible service. There are many Chinese restaurants in Ashburn but none but Yen's in Ashburn can I say offers better food. They offer Sushi and an extensive Tea menu as well. Your typical menu items such as Orange chicken or Kung Pao have a higher quality taste and presentation that other locations. I highly recommend Yen's here. They are usually busy at lunch and dinner which should give some insight to how popular the restaurant is. The establishment is clean and they are very attentive.

This is a good Asian restaurant. There with a group of 5 people and... surprise. It's quite good. The day we were there, the sushi rice was a bit damp, but the fish was very fresh. Grilled chicken on a stick was just a tad over cooked, but tasty. The hot & sour soup was standard. The seafood (for 2) soup was excellent The chicken & eggplant in garlic sauce could have been a bit spicier. The mushroom garden was outstanding. The prices are a bit on the high side.

I randomly stumbled upon this place and was so thankful for it. They have some of the best Taiwanese pop corn chicken you will find in the NOVA area. It was so good that by the time I was almost done I realized I didnt take a picture to show you. I will definitely return to have their chicken again and snap some pictures for you to see.

Very good food - lo mien different from other Chinese restaurants, noodles homemade I think because it looks different. Great tea service as well. Too bad I live in Alexandria or I will be here every day. Nice and clean place, good ambience.

Great attention to detail. Small, but a warm and inviting place. The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. I was with my family including 2 kids and we all enjoyed the food.

Shockingly delicious and every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. Zero complaints about any of them. Highly recommend sticking with the classical Chinese dishes as it's apparent the chef is extremely experienced and easily compares with some of the best restaurants in China or Taiwan. Some standout dishes are the salt and pepper chicken which was the juiciest chicken I have ever tasted in my life and was the absolute highlight of the entire meal. The lion's head meatball is also not to be missed and the friend noodle we had was great. Portion sizes are good and the prices are reasonable. Overall restaurant ambiance is extremely upscale and the tea pots they use make you feel like royalty. Can't recommend this place enough.

Not bad, but not the best for Taiwanese staples either in this area. Seasoning tends to be on the bland side.
